Product Description

Lactase
Lactase is also named β-galactosidase, derived from the Aspergillus oryzae, it's a food grade enzyme
which produced from submerged fermentation. It's widely used in the dietary supplements as a digestive
aid to reduce the lactose intolerance.
Action Principle                                          
The lactase can hydrolyze the β-glycosidic bond of lactose molecule into glucose and galactose.

Enzyme activity definition: One lactase unit is defined as the quantity of enzyme that will liberate o-nitrophenol at a rate of 1µmol per minute under the condition of hydrolyze oNPG at 37ºC and pH 4.5.

Application  
When people consumed the dairy products or lactose-containing food, as a lack of lactase in the body, the lactose is digested and fermented by intestinal bacteria and forms a mass of carbon dioxide gas. It can lead to the expansion of intestinal tract and the strengthening of intestinal peristalsis. It brings borborygmus, diarrhea, abdominal distension and so on. It is called lactose intolerance.
The Lactase from Aspergillus oryzae has a high activity at low pH(pH3.5~5.5) making it particularly suitable for digest lactose in the stomach, and it's therefore ideal for use in the dietary supplements as digestive aid.
The dose of fungal lactase depends on the amount of the lactose and the size of meal consumed, one general guideline is 2,500 ALU per 10~13 grams of lactose consumed. We recommend a dose of 4,000~6,000 ALU with each lactose-containing meal. For very sensitive lactose-intolerant consumers (need a 100% conversion), 10,000 ALU per meal is recommended.    
Other application: Apply to process free-lactose yoghurt.    

Dextranase
Dextranase, called alpha glucanase. It's a high-yielding strain from Chaetomium gracile screened by mutagenesis, which is through liquid deep fermentation extract from refining. It's widely used in the field of sugar, toothpaste and etc..
Action Principle
Dextranase is a hydrolase for specificity splitting decomposition α-1, 6-glucoside linkages of dextran molecule, which outcome production are mainly isomaltose, isomalto-oligosaccharides and glucose

Application Method
Sugar industry: In the sugar industry, leuconostoc mesenteroides streptococcus and other microorganisms are through secretion glucansucrases catalyze sucrose to glucose, glucose further polymerized to form dextran. The dextran is a high molecular weight polysaccharide polymer, and the type of glycosidic linkage is mainly α-1, 6 glycosidic bond. The existence of dextran will have serious impact on sugar production, obviously increasing the viscosity of sugar, reducing the sugar filtration, so that crystallization of sucrose generate abnormal morphology crystals, increase the sugar costs while affect product quality. The use of dextranase can effectively improve the speed of heating cane juice, shorten time to clarify and crystallize, to eliminate the adverse impact of crystallization, thereby improve the production efficiency and yield of sugar.
Other use: The addition of dextranase in toothpaste and mouthwash has good effect on prevention and treatment of dental caries and gingivitis. 
 
Invertase
Invertase, named as Saccharase, fructofuranoside fructohydrolase (EC.3.2.1.26). This product was produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain, which fermented in submerged medium. Saccharase could be used as the additives, ingredients, and the biocatalyzer in the fields of food, beverage, alcohol fermentation, and pharmaceutical preparation etc..
Action Principle
Invertase can specifically hydrolyze the fructofuranoside in the non-reducing sugar, and can catalyze the sucrose hydrolysis to produce glucose and fructose.

Enzyme activity definition:

Application 
The invertase can hydrolyze the sucrose, and produce invert syrup which include glucose and fructose(1:1 proportion).
This invert syrup can inhibit sucrose crystallization and improve the sweetness, enhance the taste, flavor and color in food.
Dosage
Add 350g invertase into 1MT sugar syrup(70%, 50ºC), it will be completely hydrolyzed in 6 hours. If you focus on the cost, you can add 150g invertase into 1MT sugar syrup(70%, 50ºC), and it will be completely hydrolyzed in 12 hours.
 
Package: 25kg/drum or as your request.
Storage Situation: Stored in a cool and dry well-closed container. Keep away from moisture and strong light/heat.
Shelf Life: Two years when properly stored.
