2.Treating certain types of seizures associated with epilepsy when used along with other medicines. It may also be used for treating nerve pain associated with herpes zoster (shingles) infection (postherpetic neuralgia). It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor.
Gabapentin capsules are an anticonvulsant. Exactly how it works to prevent seizures and treat nerve pain is not known.
Otilonium Bromide Capsule

2.Otilonium Bromide Capsule is indicated for spasmodic states of the intestine and especially for irritable bowel syndrome, and is an antispasmodic of musculotropic action, that is to say, it acts directly over the
muscular contraction. The mechanism of action consists of a blockage of calcium channels present in the smooth muscle.
Clinofibrate Capsule
1.Strength: 200mg
2.Clinofibrate is an antihyperlipidemic agent inhibiting human liver 3α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases with an IC50 of 40 μM . Clinofibrate stimulates the activity of AKR 1C4 by 2.0-fold. The concentration of Clinofibrate at which maximum stimulation is achieved is 50 μM.
Clinofibrate is a new hypelipidemic agent and a competitive hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase with an IC50 of 0.47 mM. Clinofibrate is a derivative of clofibrate. Clinofibrate, as a antihyperlipidemic drug, activiates human liver 3alpha-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase.
