Diclofenac Sodium Suppository
1.Content: 12.5mg, 25mg, 50mg, 100mg
2.Diclofenac suppositories are preparations of a medication called diclofenac that are administered in a suppository form, inserted into the rectum. The medication works as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and is used to decrease the pain and inflammation associated with arthritis. Side effects of this drug can include headache, nausea, increased risk for bleeding, and rectal pain.
3.Dosage:
| Children (aged 1-12 years) with juvenile chronic arthritis: 1-3mg/kg per day divided into 2 or 3 doses (12.5mg and 25mg suppositories only). |
| Children (aged 6-12 years) with acute post-operative pain: 1-2mg/kg per day in divided doses. |
| Treatment of acute post-operative pain should be limited to 4 days treatment (12.5mg and 25mg suppositories only). |
Acetaminophen Suppository, Paracetamol Suppository

2.Acetaminophen suppositories are an analgesic and antipyretic (lowers fever). It works by lowering a chemical in the brain that stimulates pain nerves and the heat-regulating center in the brain.
3.Dosage
Children under 3 months of age (60 mg suppositories)
One suppository (60 mg) is suitable for babies who develop a fever following immunisation at 2 months. Otherwise only use in babies aged less than 3 months on a doctor's advice.

Ketoprofen Suppository

2.Ketoprofen belongs to the group of medications known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is used for the symptomatic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
Ketoprofen can also be used to treat pain associated with menstrual cramps and for the relief of pain after surgery (including dental surgery), pain after giving birth, and mild to moderate pain associated with sprains and strains. Ketoprofen relieves pain and reduces swelling and inflammation by reducing a substance in the body that leads to inflammation and pain.
Indomethacin Suppository

2.Indomethacin Suppository, for rectal use, contain 50 mg of indomethacin and the following inactive ingredients: butylated hydroxyanisole, butylated hydroxytoluene, edetic acid, glycerin, polyethylene glycol 3350, polyethylene glycol 8000, purified water and sodium chloride. Indomethacin is a non-steroidal ntiinflammatory
indole derivative designated chemically as 1-(4-chlorobenzoyl)-5-methoxy-2-methyl-1H-indole-3-acetic acid. Indomethacin is practically insoluble in water and sparingly soluble in alcohol. It has a pKa of 4.5 and is stable in neutral or slightly acidic media and decomposes in strong alkali.
Tinidazole Suppository

2.Tinidazole is a nitroimidazole antitrichomonal agent effective against Trichomonas vaginalis, Entamoeba histolytica, and Giardia lamblia infections. the main ingredients of each drop, 1g tinidazole. Excipients: mixed fatty acid ester (stearic).
