Evening Primrose Oil is the seed oil extracted from the evening primrose flower; It is the richest natural source of biologically active polyunsaturated oil. Naturally rich in the omega-6 essential fatty acid gamma-Linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is important to the body for prostaglandin production. Each capsule of Mother Nature's Evening Primrose Oil contains 10% (100mg) GLA. Taken as a natural dietary supplement it may be useful for the relief of premenstrual symptomss.
