3-Methyl-4-Isopropyl Phenol, IPMP, Isopropyl Methylphenol
Isopropyl Methylphenol (IPMP) also called o-cymen-5-ol, is an isomer of thymol and is the best replacement of triclosan. Isopropyl Methylphenol has been confirmed by pharmacological and clinical studies to show strong antibacterial activities against parasitic microorganisms. It is high stable and more safety when used in cosmetic, oral care products and other pharmaceutical products.

Application Characteristics
It is almost tasteless and odorless. It has mild astringency which is suitable for cosmetic application
